Full & Part Time Care Assistant (Days & Nights)

Weekly Hours  

Average 26.25 per week or 42 hours per week on a 3 on 3 off basis over a 6-week rota

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

– If you have an NVQ Level 2 or willing to undertake the qualification, or you are looking for an introduction to working in care.

-Physically fit and have right personality to carry out duties and responsibilities to support Resident’s needs.

-Team player, self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable.

-Able to organise and prioritise workload and work under pressure.

-Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

-This role requires to work early morning and late evening shift to support day and night team.

– All training will be provided but previous experience would be advantage.

– Above all that, you need to have caring heart and be supportive to our residents to maximise the experience living with us.
